BBB Korea is a non-profit organization supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. BBB offers interpretation services in 18 different languages through a network of 4,000 knowledgeable volunteers, aiming to bridge language and cultural barriers. Engaging in online and offline campaigns to foster cultural exchanges, BBB encourages citizens from all walks of life to participate in sharing knowledge to facilitate global communication.

The bbb interpretation service facilitates communication for foreigners through their mobile phones, enabling direct connection to volunteer translators by simply dialing bbb's number. This service is available round-the-clock, free of charge apart from standard call rates.

Utilizing the bbb application streamlines access to the interpretation service, allowing users to connect directly to volunteers without the need for an Automated Response System (ARS). The application saves previously used languages for convenience, automatically providing interpretation in the selected language for subsequent interactions. The application also grants easy access to information regarding bbb's knowledge-sharing initiatives as a Language/Culture NGO.
